Welcome to our little Gårdsbutik. Here we sell what we grow ourselves on our land, as well as lots of other useful and high-quality products that we can wholeheartedly endorse.

Good food is close to our hearts. For us, this means sustainability for soil and animals – and fair wages for the people who produce them. That's why we only offer products in our shop that we can fully stand behind.

Our offer

Gingas Gård is a small farm. We grow our own vegetables, eggs and strawberries in small quantities – but with all the more care and passion for it. Our range changes constantly and depends on the weather, the season and a bit of luck. On our farm, we do not use any synthetic herbicides or pesticides, and the manure comes from our own ponies. As well as our own produce, we offer other useful and high-quality products that we source from elsewhere.

Our strawberries

Since 2026, we have been experimenting with growing various varieties of strawberries. At present, our berries are grown outdoors. In future, we’ll be trying out further methods and varieties. One thing is certain, though: the berries available to buy from us are 100%-certified free from harmful toxins, are harvested when ripe and therefore taste wonderfully juicy and sweet!

Our vegetables

Our favourites in the vegetable patch are pumpkin and courgettes. We love to grow and try out different varieties every year. We sell whatever is ripe for harvest in the farm shop – sometimes we have more of it, sometimes less. We grow salads, root vegetables, potatoes, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, leeks, and much more. All vegetables are not organically certified, but are guaranteed to be produced without harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilisers.

Organic Ice Cream from Sänkdalen's Glass

Sänkdalens Glass is produced with a great deal of passion and craftsmanship at Sänkdalens Gård. The ice cream is certified organic and available in many different flavours. Many of the flavours are typically Swedish, such as Kladdkaka, Skogsglänta and Blåbär. The taste and quality are in a league of their own compared to conventional factory-made ice cream!

Organic & Demeter Food

We buy in anything we don't produce ourselves. Everything we offer is organically certified and partly grown to Demeter guidelines.

It is not our aim to be able to offer a full range of products. We select products that we believe are particularly good or otherwise difficult to obtain. If a product is missing for you, let us know and we will do our best to source it.

We are always on the lookout for fantastic local and faraway food products to offer.

Finally, in our small shop, we also offer a very small range of useful camping products, such as organic soap, knives, and matches.
