Vision Walk
Horses are impressive creatures and they possess some wonderful qualities that make them fascinating co-coaches. With their neutral and incorruptible nature, they always give us unbiased feedback and can enable deeper insights.
Are you facing an important decision? Thinking about changing your job, starting over, or perhaps even emigrating? But there's still that uncertainty within you about whether it's truly the right thing for you? Are you going through a lot of changes right now, or is there an issue that's been bothering you for a long time?
A vision quest at the side of a horse, and accompanied by me, guiding you, can help with that.
Together we embark on a journey: not just through the Swedish forest, but also towards answers that are already waiting within you, and which you are allowed to get closer to in nature. You connect with yourself, but also with the horse, as you groom and get to know it before the hike and later lead it. You encounter a creature whose senses are very fine and who can perceive you in all your emotional depth and always gives you direct, neutral feedback. Together you explore the wonderful Swedish nature, ground yourselves and arrive a little closer to yourselves. With the help of the horse, which knows only the here and now as its essence, this is very easy.

Procedure & Costs
You’ll arrive at Gingas Gård and we’ll choose a horse for you together. You’ll then get to know it better whilst grooming it and start to familiarise yourself with it. Together, we’ll then set off on a walk of around 1.5–2 hours through the Swedish countryside. I’ll accompany you on your personal vision walk, tailoring the experience to you with questions, exercises and conversation.
